Convenient transport links to attractions, large pool area suitable for families, well-maintained surrounding grounds

Rooms need significant renovations to meet the expected standard!!! Noise from adjacent rooms can be quite bothersome!!! Wi-Fi connection is slow and reliable, making it difficult to stay connected!!!

Had an amazing time with friends exploring the city! We visited the big Florentine theatre for a concert and checked out the Artemio Franchi Stadium for a series A game. It was just a 20-minute walk to the city center. The hotel had a decent pool and the breakfast was good, though we did face some wait times.

The restaurant service was pretty slow during dinner, and it was frustrating waiting around even though it wasn't that busy.

A Mixed Bag, Pool vs. Cleanliness

The pool was a highlight, spacious with ample loungers, and breakfast offered a nice buffet with good coffee. Yet, the hotel was a letdown due to cleanliness issues everywhere. The bus stop nearby made it easy to reach the city, but the outdated facilities and poor maintenance made for a disheartening stay.

the location of italiana hotels is great, with buses to the city center just across the street. the breakfast provided a nice variety, and our twin room was quite spacious, featuring nice, soft beds and a clean bathroom. loved the gym with all its equipment like the tapis roulant and weights!

I appreciated the convenience of having a bus stop right outside for easy access to the city center, making it a breeze to explore Florence. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom that contributed to a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh fruits and pastries, however, it would be better if the Wi-Fi connectivity was improved.

In my wife’s opinion, the room setup could have been better for families. A larger room with more space for our three small children would have improved our stay.

I loved that we were just a short walk away from Parco Dell'anconella, where I could enjoy a relaxing stroll surrounded by nature, and it was also easy to get to the stunning Basilica di Santa Croce, making my weekend filled with amazing sights and fresh air.

No tea or coffee-making facilities were provided, which seemed basic for the hotel's level. To top it off, the overall furniture and decor felt dated, not reflecting the four-star standard expected.
